Senior sales manager
to generate maximum sales efficiency, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. This role promotes and supports all aspects of customer service and enhancement.
key responsibilities:
* maintain maximum sales efficiency while meeting or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
* develop, train, coach, and counsel sales representatives to maximize their potential.
* participate in the hiring, supervision, evaluation, counseling, training, coaching, and motivating the sales teams, including goal setting, and monitoring of production.
* ride with sales representatives and critique their sales presentation.
* orient new employees and assist with continuing education/training of the sales team.
* implement policies and procedures for departmental operations, including human resource paperwork.
* participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings as required.
* review and communicate monthly evaluations of team leader/sales representative effectiveness and production based on set goals.
