alliance virtual offices is a nationwide marketplace connecting businesses with coworking spaces and flexible workspace providers. Similar to how travel platforms connect travelers to hotels, we connect entrepreneurs and companies to workspace solutions across the country. We work directly with coworking operators and business centers (our “partners”) to help them increase revenue, manage compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

this internship is designed for individuals who want to gain real-world experience in marketing operations, content publishing, social media coordination, and performance tracking, while building skills in ai-assisted workflows and structured communication.

*what you’ll do*:
- *content editing & blog publication*:review, refine, and publish ai-assisted blog posts aligned with alliance’s partner success and development marketing strategy and industry positioning.
- *performance tracking & reporting*: monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates, engagement metrics) and help build dashboards to track kpis.
- *seo & digital presence support*: assist with keyword research, content optimization, and analysis of website performance to improve visibility within the coworking industry.
- *ai-assisted workflows*: leverage ai tools to support content creation, editing, and marketing operations, helping streamline processes and improve output quality.
- *partner outreach support*:occasionally assist with outreach campaigns targeting coworking and business center operators as a secondary responsibility.
*who you are*:
- currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related field.
- highly fluent in english (written and verbal communication is essential).
- analytical and comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
- comfortable using technology and ai tools for content review and refinement.
- interested in marketing operations, marketplaces, saas, or the coworking industry.
- able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- preferred but not required: previous experience managing social media or writing/editing content.
- preferred but not required: experience with hubspot, google analytics, or similar tools.
