FieldBridge, LLC is a Houston, TX based recruitment and field services support company uniquely focused on bridging technical field specialists and our clients together from an array of industries; predominantly within the energy, telecommunications, chemical, and construction industries. Our offerings include contingent labor staffing, permanent placement and payroll management.

We're hiring for three positions - one Recruitment Coordinator and two Recruiters to join our fast growing team in Guadalajara, Mexico. Hybrid work shedule split between working from home and the office. STRONG ENGLISH FLUENCY REQUIRED. We're open to an entry level candidate from a call center / customer facing background to someone with 5+ yrs of recruitment experience, especially from a staffing firm.

The Recruitment Coordinator's job is to help the Recruiters place candidates with our customers - search resume databases, manage online job listings, help schedule interviews, work one-on-one with our customers to better understand their job searches, reach out to closely matching candidates, etc.

Base pay $28,000 MXN per month + Commissions. If you're doing a good job, your commissions will average 25% of your base salary. High performers can earn more, the commission opportunity is uncapped. The more candidates you place with our customers, the more money you earn. So we expect the Recruitment Coordinator and Recruiters to start by earning at least $35,000 MXN per month + full benefits.
