your role accountabilities:
- * training*: coordinate and host training sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
- * process reengineering*: coordinate design-thinking and process reengineering workshops with stakeholders.
create materials and deliverables required to ensure the right execution of these processes.
- * stakeholder management*: build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders
qualifications & experiences:
- bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in business analysis, being part of diverse product and solution lifecycles.
- strong analysis skills
- excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- business savvy, specifically in the media & and entertainment industry
- strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
- strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
- extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- public speaking and presentation skills.
