We are seeking an experienced *senior business analyst*to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful solutions that drive organizational growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product strategies, create roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. *responsibilities*
- work with business stakeholders to identify key personas and define essential product functionalities
- develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines upcoming releases, initiatives, and strategic objectives
- collaborate with business and technical teams to establish a delivery plan focused on maximizing product value
- coordinate with ba and development teams to translate high-level backlogs into actionable tasks and user stories
- conduct market research and engage with customers to gather and document requirements for product features
- evaluate and document the customer journey to enhance user experience and ensure product alignment
- track product milestones and provide updates to stakeholders on progress
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- at least 3 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in software development
- demonstrated success in launching products or key product features
- experience working with agile product development teams
- strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- ability to advocate for user-centric solutions in complex situations
- proven capability to influence decision-making across various organizational levels
- expertise in managing client expectations effectively
- ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
- experience conducting impact analyses, identifying process changes, performing testing, and engaging with stakeholders
- adaptability to navigate ambiguity and succeed in dynamic business environments
- fluency in english, both written and spoken, at a c1 level or higher

- experience in data engineering, data science, or data analytics
- background in the marketing industry
- prior experience contributing to the development or implementation of data or marketing platforms
