Responsibilities
* optimize production efficiency and cost control.
* drive technology upgrades and project implementation.
* ensure safe production practices.
* proficiency in chinese is required, including listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing skills for daily communication and basic written correspondence, with fluency in chinese to perform job duties effectively.
* develop equipment maintenance programs and troubleshoot unexpected breakdowns.
* analyze data to optimize equipment performance and energy consumption.
* oversee compliance with safety standards and budget execution.
* coordinate the implementation of automation projects across departments.
qualifications
* fluent in chinese.
* english intermediate.
* bachelor's degree completed.
* 3 years of experience in the role.
* strong knowledge of automated production lines, industrial robots, plcs and industrial control computers, sensors, power tools, pneumatic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, agvs, and conveyor belts.
* automated equipment operation and maintenance.
* plc and robotics programming.
* production line data acquisition and analysis.
* ability to read electromechanical technical drawings.
* experience with production management system applications (e.g., mes/erp).
* knowledge of equipment maintenance cost control.
