as a key member of our logistics operations team, you will drive innovation and own end-to-end operations for stand-alone sites. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver safety, quality, cost, and speed at scale while balancing strategy and execution to raise the bar on customer experience through coaching, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.
* deliver operational goals: achieve targets for safety, productivity, quality, labor, and financials.
* lead planning efforts: develop mid-range plans (3-6 months) including volume forecasting and peak readiness.
* drive process improvements: charter and deliver initiatives that reduce defects and waste, increase throughput, and simplify processes—at building level.
* raise standards: establish clear metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and cx. Review weekly; inspect processes; course-correct fast.
* scale best practices: share and adopt efficient processes across sites to drive network efficiency and cost savings.
