we’re looking for a motivated hrbp to join a leading company in the manufacturing industry, based in santa catarina, n.l.
in this role, you’ll manage key hr processes, from recruitment and payroll to benefits and employee relations, while supporting a collaborative and dynamic team.

what you’ll do
* execute end-to-end hr processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee terminations.
* manage imss and labor-related documentation.
* support hr policies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
* provide guidance to employees and managers on hr matters.
* maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
what we’re looking for
* bachelor’s degree in hr, business administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in hr operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and imss.
* solid understanding of employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding.
* strong knowledge of the mexican federal labor law (lft) and its practical application.
* advanced english (spoken and written).
* proficiency in microsoft office and familiarity with payroll systems.
