position summary:
the lead project manager/scrum master facilitates agile and hybrid project management processes, driving team efficiency and effective delivery of digital commerce technology projects.
primary responsibilities:
- facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospective, and other agile-related meetings.
- manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in both agile and hybrid project environments.
- work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.
- identify, analyze, and remove impediments to team progress in all types of project environments.
- foster collaboration and communication between team members, stakeholders, and other internal and external parties.
*requirements*:
- experience in agile project management and scrum methodologies.
- knowledge of project management tools such as jira, trello, or asana.
- understanding of digital commerce technology.
- strong leadership and team management skills.
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- adaptability to different project management methodologies.
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- nice to have: certification in scrum or agile methodologies.
