you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, ensuring high quality and timely completion of projects.

position responsibilities:
- negotiating and monitoring availability of resources.
- building a work breakdown structure.
- documenting plans and identifying key components.
- selecting appropriate project methodology (software life cycle).
- estimating cost and effort to completion.
- managing risks - determining impact and handling.
- monitoring development progress.
- scheduling - creating a schedule and key milestones.
- selecting project metrics.
- selecting project management tools and processes.
- tracking compliance with processes.
- using metrics to track project progress.
- upon completion, documenting performance against objectives, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
interaction with external customers may be required for some projects.

you must have
- bachelor's degree in engineering
- english proficiency
- experience programming with c#,.
net and xamarin
- more than 5 years of experience as a software developer
- 2-3 years of experience as a leader/supervisor (agile environment)
