About the rolewe are looking for a proactive and highly organized recruiter with experience in the automotive industry to join our team. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across technical, operational, and corporate positions to support our continued growth. Key responsibilities manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across the organization (engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, commercial, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies. Source qualified candidates through linkedin, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain an up‐to‐date ats and recruitment pipeline. Support employer branding initiatives within the automotive sector. Provide market insights and recommendations regarding talent availability and competitive trends. Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor regulations. Requirements bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of technical and operational profiles (maintenance, quality, production, engineering, supply chain, etc.). Proven experience sourcing candidates through linkedin recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‐building skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment with multiple priorities. Intermediate to advanced english proficiency. Proficiency in excel data analysis. Demonstrated proactive recruitment strategy—ability to anticipate hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and engage passive candidates.
