about the role

the marketing analyst will be a key strategic and operational partner for the marketing manager, supporting the execution and analysis of marketing activities for advanced wound care (awc) / ostomy care (oc) and continence care (cc) franchises across north latam.

this role goes beyond a traditional analyst position. It requires a high-performing, fast-learning professional with strong analytical thinking, practical execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across countries, channels, and stakeholders.

the ideal candidate combines strategic mindset + hands-on execution, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with clear business impact.

key responsibilities

1. conduct market updates and first-view analyses for awc / oc and cc franchises across assigned countries.
2. analyze sales performance, market share, growth drivers, and competitive dynamics.
3. transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
4. support annual marketing planning and budget allocation (a&p).
5. track expenses vs. forecast and ensure compliance with internal processes.
6. assist in pricing analysis, competitive price monitoring, and updates.
7. support basic p&l understanding and roi analysis of marketing initiatives
8. coordinate the update, adaptation, and development of promotional materials for hcps, patients, and sales force.
9. work closely with agencies, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with brand strategy.
10. manage review and approval processes with medical, legal, and regulatory teams.
11. support digital marketing initiatives focused on patient journey and acquisition.
12. assist in execution and performance tracking of digital campaigns (email, web, etc)
13. collaborate in the rebuilding and activation of convatec e‑commerce initiatives in selected countries.
14. monitor digital kpis and provide insights for optimization.
15. own end‑to‑end logistics for marketing participation in local, regional, and national events.
16. coordinate vendors, materials, samples, timelines, and on‑site execution.
17. support roi assessment of events in collaboration with sales and key accounts.
18. support sales force, education teams, and medical affairs with materials, tools, and coordination.
19. assist in samples logistics and distribution tracking.
20. collaborate across countries with different levels of market maturity and promotional activity.

about you

21. strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
22. solid understanding of marketing fundamentals: segmentation, positioning, pricing, and campaign execution.
23. budget management and financial follow‑up skills.
24. experience working with agencies and external vendors.
25. basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics.
26. proficiency in microsoft office (excel and powerpoint required).

experience & education

27. 3+ years of experience in marketing roles (pharma, medtech, healthcare, fmcg, or b2b preferred).
28. bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
29. experience working in regional or multi‑country roles is a strong plus.

languages

30. english: intermediate - advanced
