This is a highly execution-focused role combining field sales leadership with hands-on customer acquisition. You will build and manage an external lead pipeline, run multi-channel outreach, and drive conversion from first order to repeat purchase through disciplined funnel management.key responsibilities 1. Translate alibaba.com's product capabilities and value propositions into customer outcomes, enabling first orders and high-quality ongoing engagement, while continuously optimizing ltv and roi. 5. Track funnel performance (outreach → qualified interest → order → repeat), lead regular performance reviews, identify bottlenecks, and iterate playbooks, messaging, and execution to improve efficiency and conversion.qualifications 1. Willing and able to work offline at high frequency, with at least 3 days per week in the field to coach execution and/or personally visit customers (retail stores, wholesalers, factories, industry events, etc.). 2. Experience in recruiting, coaching, task assignment, motivation, and execution management; strong capability in daily goal-setting, progress tracking, and structured retrospectives. 3.
