Job summary: the financial controller is a key memberof the regional management team, responsible for ensuring goodfinancial management, integrity of financial reporting andperformance enhancement.
this role involves leading an efficientfinance function, providing timely financial information andanalysis to aid in planning and decision-making, and enforcingrelevant financial policies and procedures.
main responsibilities:- implement and maintain systems for accurate financial reporting.- perform monthly accounting close and submit management reports.
-ensure assets and liabilities are accurately recorded and complywith financial policies.
- ensure accurate financial forecasts andcompliance with statutory requirements.
- comply with country taxregulations and pursue lawful tax savings.
- ensure accurate andtimely tax filings and documentation.
- reconcile tax receivablesand pursue refunds promptly.
- maintain internal controls tosafeguard assets and ensure authorized transactions.
- ensureefficient transaction processing for invoicing, receivables,payables, and cash disbursements.
- collaborate with relevantfunctions to maintain sound controls over business processes.
- actas a financial partner to operations team to drive financialperformance.
