*about the role*
*responsibilities*
- create and manage invoices for customer recoveries with stripe and quickbooks.
- export and share financial statements from stripe with the csm team.
- track and follow up on customer credits (managing excel database, reconciliation of invoices).
- support the development of new processes for automation, collaborating with the enablement team to streamline customer-related financial operations.
- update and maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the growrk platform to ensure financial records and customer-related data are current and aligned with ongoing processes.
*what you need to bring*
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or related fields.
- proficiency in excel/google sheets.
- experience with financial tools, especially stripe and quickbooks.
- desired experience in process automation.
- strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- ability to manage customer-focused financial processes effectively.
- proficiency in english (c1+)
*preferred qualifications*
- experience with erp systems
- familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks.
- multinational experience, particularly in sourcing and managing suppliers across diverse markets.
