requirements
* 5+ years of experience in it project management
* solid understanding of agile frameworks and hands-on experience running agile ceremonies and processes
* proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks on mid-to-large engagements
* strong skills in coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams
* strong practical experience with project management tools such as jira and confluence
* english level: upper-intermediate or higher
nice to have
* agile-related certifications (scrum, kanban), pmi
* familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (safe, less, sos)
* experience with additional project or product management tools
