Responsibilities: lead and mentor a team of document controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective processes and assurance practices. Keep documents organized: they make sure all files (like drawings, contracts, manuals, reports) are stored properly — both digital and paper versions — so people can find them easily. Version control: when documents are updated, they track the changes and make sure everyone is using the latest version. This avoids confusion and mistakes. Access control: they manage who can see or edit certain documents — kind of like setting permissions. Support teams: they help engineers, project managers, and others by providing the right documents at the right time. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements requirements: 6+ years of experience managing, storing and tracking documents. Knowledge and experience with edms. Experience securing and organizing document workflows. Excellent knowledge creating and formatting documents. Experience managing complex technical data using intelligent systems for engineering data. (spi, spel, smart p&id) good knowledge using excel for tracking and reporting. Managing emails and calendars in outlook. Autocad knowledge. Excellent communication and openness to speaking up/ask questions ability to dependably identify and meet goals. Good interpersonal communication and organization skills. Experience working in teams
