You'll support meaningful work by:leading design development and strategic product selection for steelcase's largest accounts. Creating and maintaining design standards to deliver solutions that meet client needs and win business. Collaborating with sales teams and multi-disciplinary internal and external partners to execute complex projects. Managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines. Applying design best practices to solve common and complex problems and identify process improvements. Documenting and structuring design-related information to provide guidance and training to dealers and partners. Minimum qualifications:bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or industrial design proficiency in autocad 3–5 years of previous experience as a full time designer and in design roles.
