Resideo is looking for a customer success specialist to support our expanding energy services to the utility energy market.
we are looking for a team player who will assist in understanding data and providing insights to drive decisions that will help our continued growth in the utility space.
this role will report to our customer success lead and work closely with our customer success managers and development teams.
*job duties*:
- assist in planning, monitoring, and conducting regular progress meetings.
- support the identification, monitoring, and response to risks while ensuring that programs are delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- execute internal projects to increase efficiency and customer support capabilities as directed.
- assist in the provisioning of accounts to access our services and platform.
- serve as a liaison between internal and external technical and non-technical departments to ensure that all targets and requirements are met timely.
- provide customer support by validating customer enrollments and troubleshooting during implementation.
- manage time and workday efficiently to meet the needs of clients while ensuring individual goals are met.
- perform other duties as required.understand demand response and other distributed energy resources in the energy markets.
*must have*:
- 1-3 years experience in customer success or a related field.
- fluent in english as we predominantly serve utilities & energy markets in the u.s.
- an understanding of utility program dynamics and regulatory processes.ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
