*position purpose*

support construction department for new stores with the administration of vendors payments and documents, internal supplies and internal processes, ensures that construction administration process has the appropiate back up according to company´s policies and supplies on time.

*primary accountabilities*
- ensure the processing of legal and notarized documents required by the construction area served by the construction coordinator in accordance with the established process.
- construction contracts, responsible for generating the construction contracts once the work is assigned, send to memphis via docusing following up until it is authorized and then signed by the general contractor. Finally notify of signature and download to autozone shared folder, to be available according to autozone policies. Capture the quote in the contract value system to maintain the site information in the store dev system.
- coordination of suppliers and supplies for new projects, maintaining and ensuring sufficient stock to meet deadlines (structure, hvac, tpo, etc.).
- coordinate the registration of new suppliers, reviewing with the construction coordinator so that it is applied and progresses according to the process established by the company.
- confirmation of the complete capture in the general payment concentrate for the construction of each new project made by the administrative assistant. For capitalization within 84 days after the opening of the warehouse.
- manage the collection and safekeeping of all auditable documents in the shared folders assigned to the team, with the construction coordinators complying with the established process.
- supervise the correct compliance of payments to suppliers attended by the construction administrative assistant respecting the credit days established in each of the signed supplier contracts.

*education & experience*

level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
Area of study: administration
years of experience: two to three years.
Type of experience: administration in construction companies or retail.
Special certifications or technical skills: microsoft windows, microsoft office suite (excel, power point & word - access is a plus).
Other/preferred: strong communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus. Must be able to handle highly confidential information.
