main responsabilities:brand strategy development:create and implement long-term brand strategies, positioning, and messaging, leading a balance model between mexico and global team, to drive correct clients mexican insights translating to the correct message across different media touchpoints.campaign management:plan, execute and monitor advertising, promotions and marketing campaigns across on/off media and social media strategy, leading agencies to develop strong campaigns.market analysis:conduct market research, monitor competitors, and analyze data (kpis) to measure campaign effectiveness and consumer behavior.brand consistency:ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all platforms including social media.team influence and leadership:work with product, pr, sales, global team and external partners to ensure peugeot launches and promotional efforts are aligned with the brand identity.lead brand strategy planamong media, social media and digital teams and monitor brand results to generate learnings and adapt new content and communication strategies agile.experience:8-10 years of experience in brand leadership roles in marketing, proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution, leading integrated 360 marketing campaigns and brand launches.
bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or specialized certifications preferred.
7+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, including external partners.
experience in global scale preferred
excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present in different stakeholders
data driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into brand communication strategies (customers insights and agencies knowledge)
