1.
(risk management) supervise strategic tasks, controlling external risks effectively and forming a positive public opinion.
2.
(external relations) establish a strategy to promote efficient communication and form a friendly relationship with domestic and foreign media so that the company can prepare for a possible external crisis and increase credibility of the corporate message.
3.
(message planning) plan to organize public corporate events and write messages for press release, press interview, new product show and etc.
4.
(overseas subsidiary promotion) direct related organization's pr activities (regional offices, subsidiaries and etc.)

5.
(spread of message) establish a corporate media channel operation strategy so that the corporate message can be spread directly and effectively.
6.
(promotion infrastructure management) supervise operation of a corporate promotion center in order to directly communicate with vips and customers.
*skills and qualifications*
- leads part in a smaller line of business with global breadth or in small subsidiaries and develops short-term & mid-term strategy
- works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
- creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization
- regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.

- typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a master's degree, or a phd with 9 years experience
