as a sales development representative at bairesdev, you will support the client solutions team by planning and executing omni-channel outreach strategies to warm prospects.
your focus will be on lead conversion, coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective prospect management and follow-up.
what you will do:
- set up meetings between prospects and the sales team to discuss potential deals.
- update contact sequencing and manage crm data.
- provide daily updates to report spreadsheets based on calls and touchpoints.
- coordinate data entry with the sales team.
- validate prospect spreadsheets filled by sales representatives.
- execute omni-channel outreach strategies for lead generation.
- maintain accurate prospect and lead information.
- track and report on outreach activities and results.
what we are looking for:
- 2+ years in an sdr/bdr client-facing role.
- previous experience in us-attending call centers.
- background in back-office/admin roles.
- experience with data entry and data research using linkedin sales navigator.
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- advanced level of english.
