Only for proven business development professionals

we are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven strategic partnerships expert to join our team. This is a remote, mexico-based role working with u.s. business owners and professionals.

this is not a traditional sales job your focus will be building high-level referral and reseller partnerships. If you have a strong network and a proven track record of creating mutually beneficial business relationships, this is your opportunity to earn long-term, residual income while helping businesses grow.

what you'll do

* identify and connect with potential referral and reseller partners.
* present the value of partnering with dcm to serve their clients with our marketing solutions.
* onboard and support new partners to ensure lasting relationships.
* collaborate with our internal team to deliver seamless support for partners and their clients.
* focus exclusively on partnerships you will not be selling directly to end clients.

what we're looking for

* 5+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or high-level b2b sales.
* demonstrated success in establishing referral or reseller partnerships.
* excellent english communication skills (written and spoken).
* independent, self-motivated professional comfortable in a production-based role.
* must be confident working without heavy scripts or step-by-step sales training.
* based in mexico with reliable internet and availability to work u.s. business hours.
