responsibilities
the opportunity
will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pqgc ariba slp, clm, and sourcing applications. Operations support includes driving the delivery of production solutions through partnerships/coordination with the business process owners, gbs, ariba,(sap), accenture, and technical backline teams, at both the sector and the global levels.
your impact
as sector it sr. Analyst, your scope would consist of:
sector support and governance for pqgc markets for ariba buying to support end-to-end service operations.
ensures support of the production environment within the defined slas, complying with predefined processes and procedures.
escalation point for it ops sector services, including but not limited to: o sla breaches and communication channel to business partner on critical incident management and system downtimes
technical kpi and services monitoring o define technical kpi ́s to be tracked (in alignment with global direction/harmonization) o monthly / regular reporting to business & technology leadership teams
support it performance service reviews with business, it ops leadership, and the supplier
support the cr release agenda and delivery of small enhancements, in liaison with business leads, to work on the right priorities for system improvements.
conduct the sector bpo cab meetings as governance of the cr release agenda
provides it approval for deployments of changes and break-fixes into production.
control ownership for service management controls for the applications in scope. Verification that it controls are followed (including pict controls when applicable).
support regression testing for the applications in scope (only when applicable and sometimes influenced by the roadmap/transformation of the systems integrated to the apps in scope).
support vendor relationships with 3rd party suppliers in the services of scope, reinforcing the partnership, providing close collaboration, and getting optimal performance.
team management for sector team resources. Ability to prioritize the team’s work with limited supervision. Ensures effective resource utilization across the workgroup.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
education
a bachelor’s degree is required
experience
3 plus years of production support (preferably sap production support).
experience in project delivery, partnering with it teams and the business.
overall knowledge of the it operations sustain model and tools.
experience with managing msps is a plus.
some background in procurement preferred.
saas background preferred.
experience with cloud-based applications.
ariba slp, clm, and sourcing knowledge and integration with mdg.
demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
