- This includes calibrating equipment, updating software to the latest versions, and replacing worn-out parts before they fail. Detailed logs of each equipment's maintenance history are meticulously maintained to predict future needs and prevent any unexpected downtime.
- Corrective Maintenance: Swiftly diagnosing and resolving any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
- The team will also analyze failure patterns to implement long-term solutions that prevent recurrence.
- Hardware Upgrades: Periodically assessing the hardware components of each piece of equipment to identify opportunities for upgrades that enhance performance, reliability, and compatibility with evolving operational needs.
- This involves staying abreast of new technological developments and conducting cost-benefit analyses to guide upgrade decisions.
- Software Updates: Keeping all software components up to date, including operating systems, application software, and security patches.
- General and Local Collaboration: Engaging in continuous collaboration with both global and local stakeholders, including equipment manufacturers, software developers, internal IT teams, and operation managers.
- This collaboration is crucial for sharing best practices, troubleshooting complex issues, and aligning equipment functionality with the strategic goals of the TPD Mexico operation.
- Training and Support: Providing comprehensive training programs for the operational staff to ensure they are proficient in the latest equipment and software use.
- This includes developing easy-to-understand manuals, conducting regular training sessions, and offering ongoing support to address any operational queries or issues. Performance Monitoring: Implementing advanced monitoring tools and analytics to track the performance and efficiency of all specialized equipment in real-time.

WHO YOU ARE
- Licentiate degree in Mechatronics, Electronic, Electrical or Industrial engineer or similar discipline
- +2 years experience Production, operations, electronic, mechanical. (PLC Programming, Hydraulic systems maintenance, Electric Maintenance etc)
- Intermedium-advance communication skills in English
