your mission:
we need an analytical professional to join our global growth strategy & analytics team. This role plays a crucial part in enabling data-driven decisions that shape our growth and marketing strategies across multiple markets.
what you will do:
* develop recurring reports and dashboards for key growth and marketing kpis.
* conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions across the funnel.
* prepare executive-level presentations with clear insights and business recommendations.
* monitor and update okrs and track progress on strategic initiatives.
* write and optimize sql queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
* perform data validations and ensure high data quality across reports.
requirements:
* a background in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative fields.
* 2-4 years of experience in a data, analytics or business strategy role
* strong sql skills; comfortable writing queries independently.
* proficiency in excel/sheets for analysis and reporting.
* strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* effective communication skills, especially when presenting data to non-technical audiences.
bonus requirements:
* experience in marketing/growth analytics (e.g., funnel analysis, cac/ltv).
* familiarity with a/b testing and experimentation frameworks.
* comfort using ai-powered tools to speed up analysis, documentation or insight generation.
* experience working with etl pipelines or data warehouse structures.
