(m.s. preferred) in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or other b.s. in engineering with adequate pt experience7+ years experience of p/t calibration including program delivery through launch and quality feedbackexperience with calibration development toolsunderstanding of both the vehicle and dyno calibration processesmust have excellent oral and written communication skillsable to manage multiple issues on multiple programs effectively and efficientlyoutstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver resultseffective coaching and mentoring skillswillingness to travel
