- planning/calculating the production manpower allocation for new products
- analyzing and reporting the factory's production capacity related to new products
- monitoring working hours during trial production
- collecting and writing sop information during trial production
- proposing and implementing improvements in new product production efficiency
- proposing improvements to production line balance
