we are looking for a 100% bilingual call center agent to join our team. This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the united states, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone. The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in english on a daily basis, as all customer interactions will be conducted in english.
this position is ideal for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.
key responsibilities
* handle inbound and outbound calls with u.s.-based customers in english.
* provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints.
* perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.
* ensure achievement of sales and service objectives.
* track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
* coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical service.
* maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.
requirements
* education: bachelor’s degree (required).
* language skills: advanced english level (b2–c1) – mandatory. Must be 100% bilingual; continuous communication with u.s. customers is required.
* experience: at least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes; experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus.
* technical skills: basic to intermediate proficiency in microsoft office or delivery/sales platforms.
