we are seeking a seasoned operations manager to join our dynamic team and drive business growth in the e-commerce ecosystem. As an operations manager, you will be responsible for executing business plans and strategies to scale our brands across multiple online channels.
the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving initiatives to deliver meaningful outcomes. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and make data-driven decisions.
in this role, you will define business & operations strategies to generate incremental sales across multiple sales channels, manage p&ls, and oversee budget spending to guarantee growth and extraordinary results. You will also analyze data to make quick and accurate business decisions, create and monitor business plans, and serve as the team leader and project manager for launching innovations or category brand's extension.
to succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in positions where the use of data and analytics are part of the day-to-day decision-making process. You will also require experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders, directly and indirectly, in highly dynamic environments. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in english.
