*responsibilities*:
the associate coordinator is an entry level position.
the responsibility of the associate coordinator is to ensure training logistics are defined, communicated, verified and followed through precisely, complying with class and operational deadlines.
focus is on training delivery logistics.
these include, but not limited to:
- distributing class materials and resources
- assigning labs
- assigning facilities
- assigning instructors
- assisting in registration and enrollment of students
- assisting in class evaluations
- answering student and instructor questions, troubleshooting
- collaborating with students, instructors and internal teams
- hosting webinars
the associate coordinator will be trained internally in processes and our software tools.
students, instructors, and customers are located worldwide.
*responsibilities*:
responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- coordinates and completes class preparation; processes training requests to ensure quality deliveries
- monitors classes in progress and reviews feedback and evaluations.
- answers simple inquiries and issues and escalates other issues requiring attention.
- provides simple communication with students, instructors, or internal teams.
- organizes and maintains course materials, evaluations, and student certificates frequently with assistance from team members.
- assigns instructors from our database to training classes.
*required skills*:
- solid english, other languages helpful
- detail oriented
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask; work on multiple classes
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ms office (word, excel, powerpoint) experience
*preferred education*:
- bachelor's degree in education, english or related field is preferred.
