atm maintenance administrative analyst
role purpose:
this role is responsible for documenting, reporting, and analyzing data related to over 300 requests for the self-service atms network in a timely manner. The role involves continuous contact as a third party vendor manager for contracts, payments, and incidences management. The owner of this role acts as a business analyst, reviewing incident tickets regarding atm maintenance status and providing analysis and actions to support vendor contracts.
main activities:
* respond promptly to over 300 tickets requesting maintenance for atms self service machines.
* interact with vendors as a third-party manager, overseeing costs, contracts, and service timelines.
* provide support and status updates to the global team in english through online sessions.
* manage documentation, including disseminating information, drafting presentations, and handling files and documents.
* perform data processing, entry, and basic analysis.
* maintain records, information resources, and data sources.
* coordinate activities, arrange resources, meetings, services, and supplies.
* work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
