Flow controller – inventory & cycle count management (1 year contract).
the flow controller is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable inventory flow on site.
this role focuses on executing and managing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability and smooth production flow.key responsibilitiesplan, execute, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root‐cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.maintain high inventory accuracy levels aligned with company kpis.monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and line‐side disruptions.coordinate material movement between warehouse, production, and external storage.validate system transactions (erp/wms) align with physical stock.on‐site operations supportact as the point of contact for inventory‐related issues on the shop floor.collaborate with production, logistics, purchasing, and quality teams.support physical audits and internal/external inventory reviews.ensure adherence to fifo, fefo, or other inventory methodologies.process improvement & complianceidentify process gaps impacting material flow or inventory accuracy.support continuous improvement initiatives (lean, kaizen, 5s).
