Situated at our state-of-the-art cuautitlan izcalli facility, this opportunity offers the chance to lead and shape the operations of our warehouse operations team in an environment committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
about the role
as the site manager cl, you will have the overarching responsibility to manage and coordinate all warehouse and logistical activities at the site. Your leadership will be critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining seamless coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support ceva's commitment to superior supply chain solutions.
this role demands a strategic, hands-on manager dedicated to optimising resources, engaging and developing a diverse workforce, and leveraging technology and process improvements to meet business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
key responsibilities
* direct comprehensive warehouse operations, enforcing compliance with strict safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
* lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team to achieve high-performance results and embrace a mindset of continuous process enhancements and professional growth.
* develop, implement, and review key performance indicators (kpis) to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and execute corrective strategies effectively.
* oversee efficient inventory management practices to maintain stock accuracy, protect asset integrity, and minimise shrinkage.
* foster cross-functional collaboration by acting as a liaison between procurement, transportation, customer service, and external vendors to streamline logistics processes and support expansion goals.
* manage relationships with external service providers and logistics partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions aligned with organisational standards.
* maintain open and transparent communication channels at all organisational levels to promote alignment and responsiveness.
qualifications and experience
* extensive professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, or end-to-end supply chain operations, ideally within manufacturing or contract logistics sectors.
* proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse teams, nurturing an inclusive workplace culture that drives engagement and success.
* strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data, generate actionable insights, and implement impactful improvement initiatives.
* proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory control methods, and related logistics technology platforms.
* exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* bilingual fluency in english and spanish is highly preferred, facilitating effective communication across diverse teams and international stakeholders.
