the job:
as a packaging engineer, you’ll be part of our product lifecycle engineering team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to:
* develop and implement packaging designs and solutions that improve production efficiency while reducing costs
* identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings in the packaging operations
* conduct packaging material testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
* work closely with production teams to troubleshoot packaging issues and implement corrective actions
* collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate packaging materials and equipment
the person:

* professional career in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging engineering or a related field, with a focus on packaging operations and/or productivity improvement.
* strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and production assembly processes
* knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
* experience with packaging machinery and equipment
* english 80%
