the talent acquisition manager serves as the subject-matter expert for full-cycle talent acquisition for staff and non-staff contact center and back-office roles in our mexico operations, driving a strong recruitment environment that supports new-hire retention. partners with internal and external stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and develop strategies that support current and future talent demands.
primary responsibilities:
* provides leadership and vision to the talent acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.
* collects data and develops metrics from the company applicant tracking solution and other data points to effectively analyze key recruitment activity to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness.
* responsible for the coordination of talent acquisition at multiple locations in our mexico operations.
* audits site ta teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures
* in partnership with site human resources, mentors and develops the ta personnel in the effort to continuously provide a learning environment which promotes excellence and growth.
* drives communication and teamwork amongst the ta teams to ensure there is continuous and comprehensive feedback from operations on the quality of candidates
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in hr management, business administration, or related field
* at least 7 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in talent acquisition
* at least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management or supervisory position
* demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies
* previous recruitment experience in a contact center environment required
* bilingual in english and spanish required
