*responsibilities*:
enter customer orders (solve/get answers to ambiguities) in erp / crm software
confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery, and other inquiries, regarding his order.
write proforma invoices communicate discrepancies with customer orders (credit, moq, price, locations, number of products)
make sure orders are shipped; if not, verify why and when they will ship.
*requirements*:
bachelor's degree preferable, unfinished ok, high school / preparatoria - is a must.
experience in customer service (industry preferable/ call center acceptable)
good communication skills are needed for this position.
(no slang)
fluent in english is a requirement for this position (spoken/written).
computer skills required.
macos user level (preferable)
no transportation issues, the area zona rio has plenty of transportation to different zones
- if youhave your own car/bike (is preferable) - free parking in site.
