*key responsibilities*:
- training development: design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on back-office operations, including patient scheduling, billing, insurance handling, and inventory management.
- onboarding new hires: oversee the onboarding process for new back-office employees, ensuring they understand all relevant systems, workflows, and protocols.
- ongoing staff training: conduct refresher courses, skills updates, and process improvement training to maintain consistent performance and compliance.
- process documentation: create and maintain updated training materials, manuals, and process documentation for back-office operations.
- performance evaluation: monitor and assess trainees progress, providing feedback and identifying additional training needs.
- cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other departments, especially clinical teams, to align operational practices and support seamless patient service.
*requirements*:
- experience: minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in training the operations or administrative department.
- skills: excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; capable of training a diverse team.
- education: (bachelor's degree or relevant certification, if applicable)
- tech-savvy: proficient in microsoft office and familiar.
- language: bilingual (spanish and english) preferred to accommodate our client base. Level c1
- visa requirement: must possess a valid visa.
- can do attitude with availability to work on-site.
