Senior marketing director

key responsibilities
* own and execute the firm's full-funnel marketing strategy (digital, paid media, seo, tv, social, referral, and more).
* oversee multi-channel lead generation and branding efforts, ensuring measurable roi on all campaigns.
* manage external vendors, advertising partners, and agencies with strict performance oversight.
* continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels to increase case volume and case quality.
* collaborate with intake leadership to improve conversion rates, responsiveness, and qualification processes.
* align marketing performance with intake kpis; lead a/b testing of scripts, routing, and response times.
* build and maintain dashboards, kpis, and reporting systems across marketing and intake functions.
* use marketing analytics and performance data to guide decision-making and optimize channel spend.
* identify and fix bottlenecks in the lead-to-case pipeline using real-time data.
* drive a culture of testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
* manage a growing in-office marketing and intake support team with clarity, accountability, and mentorship.
* establish and enforce high-performance standards across all marketing and intake staff.
