*responsibilities*
- create marketing for home sales including facebook marketplace listings and flyers
- track leads through the sales process
- respond timely to all inquiries for homes
- take calls with prospective residents
- work with on-site commnuity managers to schedule home showings
- track potential residents through the sales funnel
*requirements*:
- fluency in spanish and in english
- availability during day, evening, and weekend hours in the eastern daylight time zone
- excitement for learning new skills including rent manager software
- self-motivated individual with a great attitude
- loves people
- sales experience
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- comfortable with technology & willing to learn
pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
