employee files - prepare and maintain employee files in accordance with local legal requirements.
employee survey - prepare participants list and survey results presentations by business unit, country and region.
owning analytics and reporting including effectiveness of corporate programs
actively participates in small and large employee groups to communicate company initiatives.
strives to ensure employee understanding of hr programs by regularly generating communication and counseling employees and managers.
assist with all internal and external hr related inquiries or requests.
support recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes.
conduct hr data analysis (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, etc.) and propose corrective actions.
support leadership development and team training programs.
participate in regional hr projects, promoting synergy across countries.
