* resolve user queries, incidents, and service requests across multiple countries
* design and implement solutions for core business processes:
* record-to-report (r2 r)
* order-to-cash (o2 c)
* procure-to-pay (p2 p)
* create functional design documents (fdd), reports, and interfaces
* manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with slas
* analyze and troubleshoot complex functional issues
* collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements
* drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
* ensure quality through testing and best practices
* manage stakeholders and communicate progress effectively
* lead service review meetings and follow-upsrequirements- 4+ years of experience in oracle erp, with strong focus on oracle fusion cloud
* proven experience in post-implementation support / ams
* functional expertise in at least two modules: p2 p, o2 c, or r2 r
* strong experience solving complex functional issues and designing end-to-end solutions
* experience with system integrations (saa s and non-saa s)
* familiarity with itil / itsm frameworks
* advanced english (mandatory)
* bachelor's degree in it or related fieldsnice to have- experience working in global environments
