role summary
our head of growth leads our go-to-market strategy, managing outbound sales, inbound/mkt, partnerships, and events. You'll design/test playbooks, drive revenue, and represent our company in a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of sales and marketing.

* 5 years min 7 years max of experience in growth, bd, or gtm roles at high-growth tech companies.
* experience in a b2b saas platform is required. Fintech is preferable.

* fluent in spanish and english (advanced).
