we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced principal project leader to support various production sites in the unit operations of fermentation, distillation, barrel making, maturation, and processing.
* liaise between research and development (r&d) and production for startup initiatives.
* support the transfer of new products and process initiatives from small scale to global production facilities.
* provide engineering support to other functional areas within r&d.
the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production operations, with experience in leading and executing tests, experiments, and product/process research requests. They will also be able to collect, analyze, and interpret data using established methods and research new methods as needed.
