*the role*
we are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and detail oriented. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.
She / he will be responsible for monitor and track of fees and readers schemes and ensure income are recorded properly.
*what will i be doing?*
- billing & customer portals upload.
- invoice fees during the month end close
- commission agents orders and payments follow up
- pop & freegood billing (global)
- follow-up fee billing automations.
- bank reconciliation vs payments in ns
*technical*:
- strong accouting skills
- excel (pivot tables & complex formulas
- desirable netsuite
- public accountant, economist, or financial related
- desirable 1 year of experience on accounts receivable
- experience with billing, and advanced excel
- live in mexico city, méxico (two days a week will attend the office)
