Te connectivity's sales and marketing teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of te's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.
*responsibilities*:
- provide top-tier customer support for te products, advising on technical aspects and driving design solutions.
- cultivate and enhance customer relationships, focusing on measurable value and sales opportunities.
- qualify and follow up on inbound leads from diverse sources, fostering daily interactions for future sales.
- proactively initiate outbound calls to generate high-quality opportunities with potential customers.
- collaborate with internal teams like production, sales, engineering, and logistics to address inquiries.
- nurture potential sales through regular touch points and demonstrate flexibility in changing business conditions.
*what your background should look like*:
- customer service experience (sales and/or outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
- bachelor’s degree required (e.g. Engineering/ business/ marketing).
- fluent in written and spoken english and another language.
- demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.
- energized by a desire to help and connect with people.
- demonstrated ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- team player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitude.
- knowledge in microsoft office is required. Sap knowledge is a plus.
Travel: less than 10%.
