This role is accountable for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, strong governance, financial performance, and an exceptional client experience across the contract lifecycle. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, drives accountability, and translates business strategy into measurable results. Key responsibilities: lead large, complex, and multi-regional it implementations and ongoing service delivery engagements. Own contract performance, including governance, slas, financial targets, quality, and innovation outcomes. Partner with service delivery teams to optimize execution, mitigate risk, and resolve operational challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement, resource optimization, and revenue activation initiatives. Take full ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and sustained satisfaction. You will be successful in this role if you have: qualifications & experience: 8 years of experience in it service delivery, client leadership, or account management roles. Proven experience delivering services across one or more of the following areas: field services (field engineers, onsite support) it project management service desk / end-user support networking and infrastructure services database administration demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level engagements with strong governance and financial accountability. Strong knowledge of itil and agile methodologies (highly valued). Engineering degree required; master’s degree preferred. Fluent in spanish with high proficiency in english. Based in monterrey with availability to work onsite three days per week (relocation support is not available).
