*position summary*:
as a member of the professional staff, contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, finance, human resources, information resources, operations planning & support, sales & marketing) area to support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process.

*job summary*

the marketing operations coordinator will provide operational support and coordinate the correct reporting of tours and sales based on the segmentation of channels at the site. Creates the leads in data-management system that will be used for guests on tour. Has an extraordinary knowledge and domain of the different company systems and is able to find necessary information to create/audit the leads through wide research of history and profiling guests and members. Oversees administrative support to the marketing & sales departments, marketing & sales management team, including support to the tour reception teams.

performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones. Responds to, solves, and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk. Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff. Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by:
identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes.

Providing training and technical guidance to less senior staff, where appropriate, and serving as point-of-contact for problem resolution.

Participating in setting department operating plans.

Recognizing and celebrating team successes.

Achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility.

Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge. Performs other duties as appropriate.

*specific expected contributions*

oversee the coordination, and analyze, maintain, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly tracking and marketing status reports including capture rate reports, company system reports, payroll review, performance reports, leads´ location and tour trackers. Create and audit leads through wide research of history and profiling guests and members correctly. Analyze and filter leads´ requests according to company´s current policies, being capable to decide if a lead can be processed or kick backed. Oversee the coordination and preparation of contest announcements and marketing event planning for team building, awards/ recognition, training sessions, etc. Audit marketing materials, collateral, and stock at workstations according to updated company´s policies. Provide operational support and oversee administrative support to the marketing & sales departments, marketing & sales management teams, including support to the tour reception teams. Maintain updated marketing process manuals, flowcharts, policies, and memorandums. Daily contact with members of marketing and sales teams at all levels and with different departments at corporate. Direct interaction several times weekly with analyst team, sales assistant/dos/pd, and admin/contracts team to coordinate stats, materials, and communication. Constant interaction with outside vendors for event planning, materials, and supplies purchase requests, etc.

Generally, a professional position with specific knowledge in a discipline (e.g., accounting, human resources, information resources). College degree and/or relevant experience typically required.

Bachelor’s degree and/or hotel management degree preferred. 2+ years of related marketing experience preferred. Bilingual, ability to speak english and spanish, fluently. Proven track record of success in marketing or sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to microsoft office. Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints. Proven time management skills. Proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization. Detail oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours and days. It is anticipated that the position will require working a provided schedule. Occasionally holidays and/or a six
- or seven-day work schedule will be required. Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs. Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance. Sitting at a desk/computer on average 8 hours per day
