*purpose*:*responsibilities we will trust you with*:in this role you will provide service to our customers, and suppliers, manage correspondence, purchase orders, process mail activities including dhl shipments and assist managers with their calendar and document control.we will trust you to maintain, track, and coordinate project files, including all requests for information, requests for proposals, purchase orders, submission records, directives, communications (letters, memos, etc.
), plans and specification bulletins, appendices and deltas, tracking and delivery, contractor bids, monthly contractor payment requests, delivery guides, certifications, lien releases, insurance, subcontracts, warranties, etc.- make copies of correspondence and other printed materials.- order necessary office supplies and monthly food consumables required for operation.- manage administrative documentation.- assist on-site staff.- schedule/plan/coordinate work meetings, team members' calendars for recurring matters, projects, trips, and reservations, appointments.- assist in preparing project closeout documents.- create expense reports.- maintain the project filing system and keep scanned files up to date.- develop administrative documents and work plans
